Shrubland
The numerous shrubs have a small size and grass cover is close to 100%. Large trees are rare.
Arborous Savanna
The shrubs are always the majority here, but there are more trees than in the vegetation types described above and they can reach heights of 5 to 10 meters, even up to 15. Grass is always present.
Wooded Savanna
Trees are the majority with no undergrowth and may grow to be 8 to 16 meters tall. The herbaceous layer is continuous. These 4 formations are controlled by bush fires in the dry season.
River bordering forest
The forest gallery stretches throughout the flooded zones of the minor riverbed.
Thin Forest
The trees of small and average size (8 to 16 meters) are the majority (80%) and grass is not abundant.
Gallery Forest It is a vault of dense trees and shrubs on the riverbanks.
