Several airlines as Air France, Royal Air Maroc; Afriquiyah, Point Afrique (charter) serve Benin via its main airport in Cotonou. Some of these companies also serve Ouagadougou, Niamey, Lome and Accra. Depending on your needs, the guide could meet you in each of these airports. For tourists from Niger, Burkina Faso, Togo, Nigeria and Ghana, road transport would be cheaper and faster because of the proximity of the park.
Only the bus ATT daily links Cotonou to Tanguiéta. Departure is at 6 o’clock at the "Etoile rouge" crossroads and the journey takes about 8 clock hours at a cost of 9,500 FCFA (preferably book in advance).
To guarantee the quality of the guiding services, the Pendjari National Park Administration recommends the guides listed below and divided into two categories. Category A for higher knowledge and category B for general knowledge on wildlife, flora and cultures of peoples around the park.
