February announce the intense heat in Atacora’s region. The nights are less fresh and the days very hot. Spend more time at the observation points will therefore be more interesting for a good wildlife observation.

From November to February, the park administration’s teams use the fire as a vegetation management tool, in order to wide the observation fields for safari and especially to make available fresh grass to herbivores. It is therefore possible during your visit to see burned areas or the vegetation on fire.
